Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling spa appointments.
Refund Policy: We have a no Refund Policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixed within 3 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates must be used for products or services and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates expire 180 days from the date of purchase.
